Town and Country Tuff Stuff
Town and Country Tuff Stuff grass seed uses excellent turfgrass varieties that provide the best overall drought, insect and disease-tolerant turf. Excellent for areas where high quality turf is important and low maintenance is essential. Town and Country Tuff Stuff forms a rugged, durable turf that stands up to constant use. This grass seed has excellent establishment rate, tolerates heat and drought and poor soils. Town and Country Tuff Stuff is a grass seed that can handle high traffic. The mixture consists of the following:
30% Grand II Tall Fescue
20% Blade Runner Tall Fescue
20% Crossfire II Tall Fescue
20% Perennial Ryegrass
10% 98/85 Kentucky Bluegrass
   
Town & Country Shade Mix
Town & Country Shade Mix is an excellent grass seed mix for light to dense shade areas.  Town & Country Shade Mix not only grows vigorously, but adapts to a wide variety of soil types and moisture conditions. This shade mix greens up very quickly in the spring and is designed to be used in low to moderate traffic areas. The mixture consists of the following:
35% Creeping Red Fescue
20% Blade Runner Tall Fescue
20% Crossfire II Tall Fescue
20% Perennial Ryegrass
10% 98/95 Kentucky Bluegrass
   
Town and Country Contractor's Mix 
Town and Country’s Contractor’s mix grass seed is a great economical mix for reseeding lawns. This mixture is excellent is the sun and holds up well in high traffic areas. This mix is not designed to be planted in shady areas. This mix contains the following: 
40% Annual Ryegrass
40% Perennial Ryegrass
10% Creeping Red Fescue
10% 98/85 Kentucky Bluegrass
   
Town and Country Deluxe Landscaper's Mix 
Town and Country’s Deluxe Landscapers mix is an excellent blend to plant in sunny to partially shaded areas. This grass mix has good blade texture and hold up well in high traffic areas. This mix contains the following: 
34% Perennial Ryegrass
33% Creeping Red Fescue
33% 98/85 Kentucky Bluegrass
   
Town and Country Dura Turf  
Town and Country’s Dura Turf mix is an excellent blend to plant in sunny to partially shaded areas. This grass mix has good blade texture and hold up well in high traffic areas. This mix contains the following:
35% Perennial Ryegrass
25% Creeping Red Fescue
15% Vibrant Perennial Ryegrass
15% 98/85 Kentucky Bluegrass
10% Annual Ryegrass
   
Town and Country Premium Blend 
Town and Country Premium Blend grass seed is a mixture that can be planted in an array of places. This mix holds up moderately in high traffic areas and is fair to good in drought conditions. This mix contains the following: 
30% Creeping Red Fescue
25% 98/85 Kentucky Bluegrass
25% Perennial Ryegrass
20% Vibrant Perennial Ryegrass
   
Town and Country Medina Blend 
Town and Country Medina Blend has medium to fine blade texture. This formulation is excellent in the sun, but it can be planted in shade. This blend is works well in high traffic areas. This blend also holds up fair to good in drought conditions. This mix contains the following: 
34% Perennial Ryegrass
33% Annual Ryegrass
11% Grande II Tall Fescue
11% Blade Runner Tall Fescue
