Pelleted Pine Bedding
 
     McCrumb Pelleted Pine absorbs four times its bulk density in urine. Traditional bedding such as straw and shavings are much less absorbent. McCrumb Pelleted Pine bedding is one of the most absorbent of all available beddings and it meets the requirements of equine research specialists who say that your bedding should be mold free and as dust free as possible. This product  reduces respiratory problems in stalled horses. The more absorbent a bedding is, the lower the levels of ammonia in the barn and lower ammonia levels equate to reduced respiratory problems. McCrumb Pelleted Pine is recommended by veterinarians for reducing wet and dry hoof complications often aggravated by traditional beddings and can  save your stall cleaning time by over 50% and reduces waste piles. Traditional straw bedding must be completely removed and is soggy with urine and manure. With the pine pellets you need only remove the solids and really wet spots.
